This has been seen in Mexico during the day,and that was something amazing,if you've never seen it before,...a bubbling cloud
of lights...seen up close!? in high definition.........
Nice catch of a "phase-out" !
Great catch of a "phase-out" dont see them too much. Last I saw was a night vision over Turin,Italy when the "Triad" formed a small phase bubble in the center of the ship,which then enclosed the entire ship,and the bubble popped and it was gone. Wish I could find that again.
How about leaning up against something to keep the camera rock steady?!!? Every damn time!!!!!!

Keep watching as the light enhancement is added and you will see something in the form of a human body walking away from the lights. You have to look closely but you can see it.
