To be honest im not sure what benefit a hypothetical show is on considering what will happen if we are invaded by aliens, is only generates more fear.

Surely if an advanced race has already visited us, wouldn't they have destroyed us hundreds of years ago - why just now?

Pentagons new Hypersonic Triangular Plane Falcon HTV-2 Goes Missing

Falcon HTV-2, a hypersonic aircraft that's capable of flying 20 times the speed of sound making it the fastest plane on earth went missing during a test flight. It was the second time in a row, the Pentagon has lost contact with an experimental hypersonic vehicle over the Pacific, just minutes after it was launched from space.

The flight of the Falcon Hypersonic Technology Vehicle 2 was hotly anticipated in military and aerospace circles.

Ground controllers lost contact with the arrowhead-shaped plane less than half an hour after it took to the skies.

If the flight worked, it'd show how missiles of this shape and flight pattern could strike targets halfway around the world almost instantly. And that would be a major step forward in the Pentagon's "Prompt Global Strike" plan to attack foes anywhere on the globe in less than an hour. F

Unknown craft over Lake Huron

Not necessarily a Ufo but navigational lights reveal reveals its not a common aircraft either. So what were these craft over Lake Huron? Poster said they made no sound as they fly above.

In advance, sorry about the poor quality video. They were so fast it was difficult to keep up and with no sound it was equally difficult to track them. I first saw these at about 9:30 pm. There were two of them that flew over the lake while I was driving home with groceries. My children all asked what they were and I replied that I didn't know but I would go back later and see if I could find out :).
10:30pm - At the beach with Jimmy - We must have seen 50 of these things. I was able to capture four on video. The first one is actually the last one I captured but I figured I'd give you the best quality recording first. Notice how before I changed positions you can see the blinking lights in the front of it. The three white lights are in the back of it, which you will notice more after I change position.

Pilot Reports Triangular Shadow Of Cloaked Ufo ?

Pilots are often the most credible witnesses to Ufo related events.
This puzzling new report comes from a Pilot who states he came close to a Triangular Shadow of a invisible or in sci fi terms a "cloaked Ufo". It is reported that invisible triangle ufos are often the ones spotted with just the lights at every tip or 3 triangular orbs.

Pilot reports seeing a huge shadow of a triangular shaped craft passing across the right wing of his airplane while flying one day... Yet neither himself nor his co-pilot could see what was creating this shadow! The shadow was so clear and well defined their immediate concern was whatever was creating it had to have been dangerously close to their own aircraft. The airplane was traveling at approximately 100 mph (160 kmh) while the triangle shadow was traveling at approximately 200 mph (over 300 kmh)

I don't know anything about invisibility but presumably the craft wasn't completely invisible inasmuch as light was unable to pass through it (the shadow). Perhaps it was a classified (terrestrial) craft as the British and US military have made public their ability to create the optical illusion of invisibility with both small and large objects. When you watch the rest of the clip however the presenter (who is very knowledgeable) makes it clear that while he definitely accepts a certain number of UFO reports have their explanation in military endevours, he doesn't believe this case is one such example. This testimony was one of numerous in the area at the time of both a triangular shaped shadow and also a triangular shaped craft. The man with the camera around his neck is a journalist who was covering the story.

Once in 10,000 Years event - super black hole caught destroying a sun

This might not be Ufo related news but it does again reveal that the once thought impossible is possible within the reaches of space. Although Einstein's himself doubted black holes existed in nature (even when his equations proved otherwise) further evidence has come forward revealing an amazing event - the destruction of a star by a super large black hole:

Astronomers report having observed a rare event- a star being ripped apart by a supermassive black hole.

This rare finding is even more special because it is said to take place just once every 10,000 years per galaxy. In 2006 but astronomers only realized what they were looking at now when they were analyzing the data.

The international team of astronomers, including Sydney University astrophysicist Sean Farrell, has spent the last three years analyzing archival footage taken by the European Space Agency's X-ray telescope in the hope of spotting a rare object or event. Read more article source

C-class flares are small with few noticeable consequences here on Earth.

M-class flares are medium-sized; they can cause brief radio blackouts that affect Earth's polar regions. Minor radiation storms sometimes follow an M-class flare.
X-class flares are big; they are major events that can trigger planet-wide radio blackouts and long-lasting radiation storms.

And here is the last of a series of videos showing objects flying over Ladispoli (36 km from Rome, Italy). This solitary object seems to be following a formation of 5, then 3 other similar objects, that on Aug. 8, 2011 flew over our heads. This is the fourth in a series of sightings in just over two months. The first sighting was quite unusual, since the object flew southwest towards Fiumicino (Rome's International Airport) and suddenly it came to a stop and began a vertical descent, disappearing behind a building a few moments later. Since these sightings are becoming quite frequent, I'll try to get a hold of a telescope with a camera port, so I can try and capture images that are a bit more than just a distant faded dot of light.

Orange "Goo" from sky covers Alaskan Village & are an Unknown Species

A Large mass of Organe "goo" eggs were seen all over the shore and even raining down on an Alaskan Village recently. Residents became concerned and some considered it even extraterrestrial. The Fisheries service has confirmed that it is likely a small crustacean of an Unknown Species.
Note: This story is very similar to the red rain story from 2001 over India.


Scientists have identified mysterious orange-colored goo that last week washed ashore and sparked pollution concerns in an Alaska village as small and possibly toxic crustacean eggs.

After examining the samples, officials at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's (NOAA) Alaska Fisheries Service Center announced Monday that they believe it was a mass of microscopic eggs filled with fatty droplets, most likely to be of a small crustacean.

“We now think these are some sort of small crustacean egg or embryo, with a lipid oil droplet in the middle causing the orange color,” Jeep Rice, a lead NOAA scientist at the Juneau lab, said in a press release.

They remain an Unknown Species at this time.

Readers Ufo Sightings July 2011

A few interesting personal sightings sent in by readers for July 2011.

July 4th 2011, 5.30am. Very clear, larger than a helicopter, over a town called Drogheda, in Ireland. Large black metal ball with rotating black balls beneath, made no sound. moved slowly over town for 3-4minutes. Thought it was balloons at first tied together but it definitely was not a I watched it further, it was a definite shape and made no sound.

Manizales Colombia. Two night ago I woke around 11.30 to what sounded like a very large and low aircraft, too large for the small airport in the city. After about 30 seconds I got up to look out my 10th story window and could see nothing, but the sound continued for several minutes. Upon class the next day almost all of my studnets claimed to have heard the same thing, and students in other class, from all parts of the city, over 10 miles apart from each other.

On 25/07/2011 I have observed and filmed bright lights (UFO) in Wiltshire UK for nearly 3 hours

Last evening at approx.between 21.45 and 22.00 hours a large orange light suddenly appeared in the sky to the south, or slightly south-east. I was watching TV but at the same time had no hindrance to see from the window, and on seeing the light reached for the binoculars. First reactions were that it was a helicopter coming my way, however, I cannot recall ever seeing a helicopter with orange spotlights.Without further ado I was out on the balcony and then witnessed something I found intriguing. The light was still coming in my direction, with no sounds of engines to be heard, and then seemed to stop and remained there in one position before becoming very erratic in its movements. It veered to the left and the large orange light was at the left and I could make out the object must be rectangle in shape by the way I could see strips of orange lights all around the edge. This only lasted a matter of seconds before it then straightened up and moved away in a southerly direction and vanished beyond the tree tops.Throughout the whole duration of time I observed the light my wife attempted to take photos, but just as the last occasion nothing showed on the camera, even though this thing was right before my eyes.
