UFO Stops Then Shoots Off At Speed

Interesting video - the object does indeed seem to slow down - it wasn't a Ufo then what was it?

Let's not get too excited, people. This would be really easy to fake. Sorry.

Again, if these things are real, we should be able to get a daylight object sighted by multiple non-acquaintance witnesses that makes maneuvers exactly as impossible as this thing.

If UFOs are real, there has to be a smoking gun video somewhere.

When was this captured? I witnessed something pretty similar to this w/my naked eye last Friday night @ around 3AM...

Excellent vid. Don't see how this could be a bat or bug. Certainly one of the better night shots of a UFO I've ever seen.

Mr. H. Brainfree, seems to me, to be a troll, and not a very clever one. You trolls should try a better tactic, although I'm not sure there are any viable ones left anymore.

As for the vid, I'd say it's quite amazing, but not surprising or new.
I love the way the craft speeds off at the end :-0

Good show!

Yeah, total troll. Prolly a .gov IP, too.

Take a hike, troll!

Dear Anonymous,

I am a troll and proud of it.

A troll is someone who is willing to challenge the prevailing wisdom of a group. Some trolls are just jerks but there is something to be said for exercising good critical thinking skills.

I've seen a couple of UFOs including a foo fighter-like object that dodged a plane around Labor Day last year. So, I do think there may very well be something to all this jazz.

And what is so wrong about wanting to see a video that boasts unassailable credibility and, therefore, able to settle the issue once and for all?

I find that everyone who has ever called me a troll as if it proves something has invariably been a small-minded twit who simply has no better way of lashing out when faced with good hard questioning that potentially undermines a dearly-held belief.

Now, that that's settled, Anonymous, please explain to me why this could not have been faked with a decent computer program?

could be a rc plane...

"could be an RC plane"? Yea, I heard radioshack was selling those RC planes that shoot str8 up in the air & disappear w/out a trace now too... not...

Because HB, if you'd taken the time to review the video maker's vast library of nightvision footage you'd probably come to the same conclusion I did-- this guy is probably filming shit that is really there, and not making the videos himself on a computer. That, and I've seen this shit through my nightvision quite often. It does exist. Sure, some of this guys vids are bugs, I'd admit that one, but I don't think they are all. Fact, I know they all aren't.

Get yourself some night vision and you might see more ufos, Mr Troll. Oh, and maybe check out some of the video footage from the Hudson River Valley sightings, where there were thousands of witness, some of which were police officers, pilots, military. . . people who'd be considered credible. But that's probably not enough for you.... You'd say "Those are small planes in formation" while you completely ignored the truth.

Nobody who has seen UFOs would still be looking for evidence to support the idea of their existence. Once you've seen one, you know they exist.

@ Braintree - nobody gave you permission to redefine troll. YOU deciding that troll means something different that everybody else things it does doesn't change the fact that you ARE a troll, in the classic sense of the word. Meaning someone who is contrary for the sake of being contrary so that others will react to them. It's a way for weak minded people to get attention. And you HAVE! Well done.

could be a disposable rc plane...

Dude... Do you have ANY experience using AdobeAfterEffects? Are you an expert on CGI? Do you even know wtf you're saying? Nothing about animating graphics generated using a a computer program's "easy". Lol, "exercising good critical thinking skills" Really? Your pathetic attempt @ debunking this's no better than the idiots who explain everything away by simply saying "FAKE!" If this's so easy to fake, then prove it! Show us how YOU'D go about faking this. I'll GUARANTEE you can't produce a video even remotely similar to this, & probably wouldn't even know where to begin. BTW I think you need to re-examine your definition of troll, because your definition doesn't even begin to accurately define what the term troll refers to.

Yeah!...seeing is believing, and once you have, then thats it!!

Your hooked!!

But,if we haven't!?...then isn't that why we're here!?....

To my critics,

A troll is someone who dissents from the consensus. I am completely sincere in my doubt. When you say that I'm doing it deliberately just to be contrary you are mind reading and, therefore, talking out of a portion of your anatomy best left undisclosed.

Also, I said that the video would be really easy to fake and it would be. That's not the same thing as saying that it is a fake. This is an obvious distinction that is very very simple to make. Please make it.

And it would be easy to fake. I have seen a lot of obviously fake videos that are much more impressive than this one (the UFO at the old WTC in New York for example).

Your angry, insulting responses tells me not that I'm wrong but that I've struck a very uncomfortable nerve among the true believers. Good.

Michael said...

For some1 who deems himself "braintree" you sure are an idiot. "your angry"? 1st of all, it's YOU'RE; If you can't make the distinction between the proper usage of your & you're then you should seriously consider coming up w/a new moniker for yourself. No, i'm not "angry", it's just that nothing you say holds any validity by any stretch of the imagination. I'm sure in YOUR mind that response has set us all straight, but all it you've done (in reality) is make it all the more obvious YOU'RE a moron! Again, if this is so easy to fake, then explain how YOU would go about faking it. I DARE you to give us a legitimate explanation! Give us something (other than blatant assumption) that this is "easy" to fake. Go ahead, explain how YOU would go about recreating this, I'm challenging you!

Michael,

I am not a CGI expert. However, I am familiar with the work of CGI experts. Here's a sample of what I mean:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gQoJ5Qbjx_4

Now, I hope you'll agree with me that the above linked video is a fake and a very good one. Since the world trade center was destroyed in 2011, this is in all likelihood an old video. But my question to you is this: If the above video could be faked why could not the far more simpler one that this the subject of this thread not also be faked?

But thanks for the cyber spittle. I just love watching the coherence of would-be bullies fracture before my eyes. It's always nice to have one's prejudice about the intellectual abilities of an opponent confirmed beyond measure.

The world trade center was destroyed in 2001, i pray to God that was a typo on your part. I'm well aware of the video you've provided, & there is ABSOLUTELY NO COMPARISON between the 2! The video you've provided is a well known hoax, which was made by AN ENTIRE TEAM OF PROFESSIONAL, HIGHLY PAID 3D MODELING & ANIMATION/VIDEO EDITING EXPERTS FOR THE SCI-FI CHANNEL. This however, is just a UFO enthusiasts, who if you do your research, produces the same type of night-vision filtered videos regularly. RARELY does he ever capture anything as interesting as this. By what i can understand, your logical process of deductive reasoning (i actually had a hard time calling it that) Is under the assumption that the animation you've provided is "easy" to produce by just any1? Which's extremely naive, as well as insulting to myself (as a graphic artist) & ANY1 who's painstakingly studied to learn the extremely intricate workings of programs like 3ds MAX/Maya & AdobeAE. I understand that yes, w/some work & knowledge of AdobeAE, some1 COULD recreate this, but what you don't seem to understand, is that it's BY NO MEANS EASY, & not just any1 can do it. I DARE you to download a trial version of adobeAE, & just try to figure it out. Seriously, give it a try. I can guarantee you'll be completely dumbfounded by what you've just so naively deemed as "easy" to do
