I seen these lights coming out of the north west very bright I first glance I thought they were stars but in a the next moment I knew these were not stars. I live north west of the city and have witness lights in the sky before since there are helicopters in the area I wait be fore making clear assessment of what I'm seeing at the time. To be sure I'm not looking at. These light were like scouts one were take information the other to protect. I only accessing what I see and have witness over the years. so before you think I'm just a quack, Far from it I did not ask to see what I have nor ask to come in contact with what I did, I seen the lights you're specking about

I'm thinking it's Venus and Jupiter, just the distance between the points makes it seem like it.
