Kepler space telescope confirms planet in habitable zone Kepler-22b

With every new likely habitable planet discovered the chance of finding life out in the universe increases rapidly:

NASA's Kepler mission has confirmed its first planet in the "habitable zone," the region where liquid water could exist on a planet's surface. Kepler also has discovered more than 1,000 new planet candidates, nearly doubling its previously known count. Ten of these candidates are near-Earth-size and orbit in the habitable zone of their host star

French astronomers’ confirmed finding Gliese 581d in May anorther similar planet and Swiss astronomers reported in August that another planet, HD 85512 b, about 36 light years away seemed to be in the habitable zone of its star.

However, those two planets are “orbiting stars smaller and cooler than our Sun,” NASA said in a statement, noting that Kepler-22b “is the smallest yet found to orbit in the middle of the habitable zone of a star similar to our Sun.” Source

While these planets that have water
and maybe habitable with life, could only lead to the question,

is there a LAND MASS, with life!?

Earth has life, in our waters, on our land, in the land its self
and in our atmasphere,in abundance!

So what if there is NO land mass??

Yes,it can be said, that intelligence [LIFE] can exist in the waters!...salty! & fresh! just think of the Dolphin! the Octopus! the Whales!what have you, BUT! for Technology to evolve & grow, one would think, that the right environment would be needed, such as: "DRY LAND!?" just a thought!?

The point I'm making here, is what kind of life are we looking for?

The one that we can communicate with & relate to,or just an AMEBAE!?

Or is it just that point? that as far as life in the cosmos is concerned,..WE! are not alone!
bugs & all:)

In my opinion, what we need to be
looking for is a land mass with water, now THAT! would have us smiling:)

What could we possibly find on another world, of nothing but water, that we don't already have on our own!?..unless, its BIG!?
very BIG!!..well we have the WHALE!?..save the whales!or maybe
its different, & BIGGER!! do we
really want to go there?

Well, to have the knowledge of course,is really the quest we are looking for, that WE! are not alone
when we arrogantly thought, WE!where all there was.[This world]

I have heard! read! & you may have
too, that Aliens are already here on Earth amongst us,..did I hear you say: yeah right!? lol well if you don't believe thats, FINE! so what is in control of all the ufo
seen by thousands of people around the world?..computers?..remote control?..well maybe! but you have to ask your self..whats behind all that control!???...AMEBAE?:)

I think we need to raise our sights
much higher, when looking for life on another world.

Impress us, why don't you?........

Earth used to be covered with water,,, just keep that in mind.

Would you like to try that"youtube"
address again?...its a negative! :/

Yes! and the Earth is still covered with water,BUT with a land mass, and that IS, the very MAJOR point here, because it is the very
technology that we all have, that has been derived from the land.

Every thing we have, EVERYTHING!!
ourselves!..our food,..our cloths,..our cars,..our fuel,..planes,ships,TVs,
Spacecraft, the list can go on for ever!?

None of this could exist,without
the "LAND"...the first fire was lit
and we have never turned back!
NOW we are in space!....so how is a watery world going to lite their first FIRE?? for the growth of THEIR future technology. I can't see it!....beam me up Scotty! Its too whet down there.
