Jamie Maussan - the UFO Bubble Over Italy 2011
Not sure what to make of this one - a TV report about translucent UFO in the sky above Cinisello Balsamo in Italy. This strange UFO was recorded on 13th November 2011 by Antonio Urzi.

is it just me or could this be a soap bubble perhaps?
yaa just some kind of ballon with sun reflecting from it.

There's no clouds, no airplanes, nor other references to compare the object, so it can be a simple soap buble, and can be much closer than the author claims.

I hope you're not serious saying it's a weather balloon... Could just be a bubble in a piece of glass he's filming through. I didn't notice any point of reference (i could be wrong, i skimmed), so there's no way to tell whether or not it's in the sky, or just on a piece of glass or something

looks like a cloaked ufo with the sun signing off of it,but you can think whatever you want.
Saying "it looks like..." an unidentified flying object is an oxymoron.
I saw the exact same thing in San Francisco right next to the Transamerica building. It does look exactly like a bubble only huge. The one I saw floated up, stayed in one place for a minute or two then just floated down behind the building. I took a photo of it on my phone, not great quality but you can make it out.
