Ufo or weather Ballon ? - MINAS GERAIS BRASIL 1995

To me this spells weather ballon but i would like your comments on this ufo object seen over Brazil in 1995:

what the heck is this thing? doesn't look like any UFO I've ever seen. It's dendritic looking things on it's outer perimeter appear to get longer at the end.

this is an OLD video. At least two years old.

It may be fake, but its no damn weather baloon. It changes shape drastically.

It's a balloon. I saw this film before and was explained quite nicely with a site and all where you could buy this type of balloon.

hmmm,since when do weather balloons have protuding nodules around the sides like this apears to have at the end of the tape.very interesting.

Ok... So... How about a description of where you saw it? A link? Something? Fuck I'd even take a saw this in the toys r us catalog 2 years ago. Just something besides I know what this is and where this came from but Its for me to know and you to find out...

I'm brazilian and live in Minas Gerais state. MG is a huge state (French's size) and it's impossible to discovery from which city this video came from. Based on the language of the people in the video, they are from the interior of the state and seems to be very humble people.

I had already seen this video before and it's from the 1990's. I discarded the possibility to be a wheather baloon. I'm sure it's not, but could be a kind of baloon the people left on the sky at July, to celebrate the month of Saint John.

Michael, this footage is from 1995. There's plenty of info on the net. I've recently written about it on ufoeyes.com, for example.
