Very strange lights filmed in the Russian Federation, Republic of Karelia March 16th 2010 over Sortavala. AT first i thought lanterns ... but the round formation threw me a bit - what do you think?

Lights in the sky
i dunno, depending on where the guy was shooting from, it could have been a cell tower, a hill/mountain or even something on another side of town. Sortavala has uneven terrain and there are a few high points around the city. a group of bonfires/lanterns could pass off as a UFO. like i said, you'd need to determine camera location and shooting direction for more info.
TO ME,THESE LOOK LIKE A BUNCH(7)-OF CHINESE LANTERS TIED TOGETHER....
looks like lights tied to a kite.
Lanterns tend to drift in the direction of the prevailing winds and also tend to follow a slowly ascending path. Hard to establish any of these features in this video where zoom and focus vary a lot
