If lights go slowly in one general direction, it could be lighted lighted baloons or lanterns set up by Chinese for mid-autumn festival!
Ok. So I saw the EXACT same thing in the northern sky above Parry Sound Ontario on Friday night, October 2, 2009. I don't have any idea what time it was, but if I had to guess it would probably have been around 10:00.
