That's Nick Pope and Steven Greer.
As much as I would love to believe what these guys are saying, I know that at least 2 of them are mainly trying to sell their books. Bob Dean and Stephen Greer. If the Defence department were actually losing 1.7 TRILLION dollars every year to this so called secret space agency, there is no way somebody wouldn't notice it. To say that we have not only landed on Mars, but have established a small base there and a larger one on the moon is preposterous. Underground facilities with interdimsional doorways? Come on!
The best I can say is that these guys are some of the best Science Fiction writers of our time, only they are trying to sell it as real.
