shame on you for using the N-word
An incoming plane coming directly towards the camera from many miles away on a clear night will cause the strobe light to appear to be stationary yet also make movements. I have observed this phenomenom many times before. You will usually be able to see that it is an incoming plane as it eventually gets near the viewer.
