1. These are not Flares, Flares do not move Up-Right-Left-Down when they feel like.
2. The Hernebay Area Southeast, is a UFO hotspot for sure these big orbs of light have been appearing since the summer of 2007 almost every month!

This is different then most UFO "dot" footage in that the light is pulsating. Very interesting.
